The free intro call

The 15-minute intro call is free, with no commitment. You can reschedule or cancel it at any time.

Rescheduling and cancelling sessions

You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email or by messaging me.

Late cancellations and missed sessions

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full — because that time was reserved for you. If you're going away for two weeks or more, please let me know at least two weeks in advance.

If something goes wrong

If a technical problem or a genuine emergency prevents a session, tell me as soon as you can and we'll find a fair solution.
