Clinical Psychologist, Psychoanalyst
Online worldwide and in person in Tbilisi, in Russian and English. Depth work for anxiety, relationships and life in a new country — to understand what keeps repeating, and to change it at your own pace.
What brings people here
People usually come when something keeps hurting, or keeps happening, and they can't quite say why: anxiety that doesn't switch off, the same relationship ending the same way, burnout, loneliness after a move, arguments that go in circles, questions about intimacy, panic, or a sense that something is missing even when life looks fine from outside.
If you recognise yourself here, that's reason enough to talk.
How I work
We look beneath the symptom — at the patterns, early experiences and inner conflicts that keep things as they are. Understanding them is what makes lasting change possible.
Nothing you bring is too small, too strange or too much. There is no script and no deadline: we go as quickly or as slowly as you need.
Ways we can work
Individual therapy — psychoanalytic and psychodynamic work for adults.
Couples and family therapy — including partners who live in different cities.
Sexuality and intimacy — a discreet space for questions about desire and closeness.
Neuropsychological assessment — attention, memory and thinking skills, with a written report.

How it works
- Free intro call. A free 15-minute video call: you tell me briefly what's going on, ask anything, and we see whether working together makes sense.
- First session. We get to know your situation and agree together on the format and how often to meet.
- Regular work. After that we meet at a steady time each week, online or in person in Tbilisi.
Questions people often ask
How is psychoanalysis different from other therapy?
Many approaches focus on managing symptoms. Psychoanalytic work also asks why they appear. It usually takes longer, and the changes tend to go deeper.
Does online work as well as in person?
For many people, yes. What matters most is a private, quiet place and a steady rhythm.
How do you handle time zones?
The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone, so there's nothing to convert.
Is it confidential?
Yes, within the limits of professional ethics and law. The booking form never asks for diagnoses or personal details.
What if it's not a good fit?
That's what the intro call is for. If later you feel it isn't right, we'll talk about it openly, and I can suggest other specialists.
Do you prescribe medication?
No — that's a psychiatrist's role. If medication might help, I can suggest seeing one alongside our work.
