Individual therapy
Psychoanalytic and psychodynamic work for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply — not only manage the symptoms.
People often come saying…
- "I feel anxious most of the time and don't know why."
- "I keep ending up in the same kind of relationship."
- "I'm exhausted, and rest doesn't help any more."
- "Since moving, I feel lonely and not quite myself."
- "I've started having panic attacks."
- "Everything looks fine, but something feels empty."
How the work goes
Format — Video sessions from anywhere, or in person at the office in Tbilisi. 50 minutes each.
Frequency — Psychodynamic therapy usually means one or two sessions a week. Psychoanalysis is more frequent. We choose together.
How long — Some people come for a few months with one question; others stay longer. We review regularly, and you can stop at any time.
What people often notice
- You start recognising patterns as they happen, not only afterwards.
- Feelings become easier to name, and less overwhelming.
- Relationships stop feeling like a script on repeat.
- Decisions feel more like your own.
Every process is different — this isn't a promise of specific results.

Questions about individual therapy
Psychoanalysis or psychodynamic therapy — which do I need?
We'll decide together after the first sessions. Psychodynamic therapy meets less often and is a good place to start; psychoanalysis is more intensive and goes further.
Do I have to talk about my childhood?
Only what you want to. We start with what's happening now; the past comes in when it helps make sense of the present.
Can I switch between online and in person?
Yes. If you're in Tbilisi, you can combine both — for example when you travel.
