Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information I collect when you use this website or contact me, how I use it, and your rights. Here, "I" means Daria Chernikova, the person responsible for your data.
Last updated: October 2026.
What I collect
When you book an intro call or session, the booking tool (Calendly) collects your name, email address, time zone and anything you choose to add. When you message me on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email, I receive what you send. Please don't include diagnoses or sensitive health details in booking forms or first messages.
How I use it
Only to arrange and provide our sessions, reply to your enquiry, and keep the records my work requires. I never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else is involved
A few trusted services process data on my behalf: Calendly (booking and reminders), Telegram and WhatsApp (if you message there), my email provider, and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each has its own privacy terms. The website itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as it's needed for our work together and for the periods professional practice requires, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just contact me and I'll help.
