Sexuality & intimacy
A calm, discreet space to talk about desire, closeness and sexual difficulties — on your own or as a couple.
What people bring
- "Desire has faded — or it's very different between us."
- "Anxiety gets in the way of being close."
- "I find it hard to say what I want."
- "I have questions about my sexuality."
- "Things changed after a birth, an illness or a crisis."
- "There's a lot of shame around this for me."
How the work goes
Just talking — Sessions are conversations — no examinations, no explicit materials. You decide how much to say, and when.
Alone or together — Come on your own or with a partner, online or in Tbilisi. 50 minutes per session.
With medicine when needed — If something may have a physical cause, I'll suggest checking with a doctor alongside our work.
What people often notice
- Talking about intimacy becomes less awkward.
- Less pressure, less anxiety.
- A clearer sense of what you want — and what you don't.
- For couples, a shared language for something that felt unspeakable.
Every process is different — this isn't a promise of specific results.
Format
50-minute session · individual or couple · online or in Tbilisi
Questions people ask
Is this the same as seeing a doctor?
No. A sexologist works with the psychological side — feelings, beliefs, relationships. If there may be a medical cause, I'll suggest seeing a doctor too.
Can I come without my partner?
Yes. Many people start alone. If it helps later, your partner can join some sessions.
I'm embarrassed to even start. Is that normal?
Very. You can begin with the intro call and say as little as you like. We'll go at the pace that feels manageable.
