Couples often come saying…

  • "Our arguments always go the same way."
  • "We've drifted apart and don't know how to come back."
  • "Moving abroad has put a lot of pressure on us."
  • "Living in different countries is wearing us down."
  • "Trust was broken, and we need to decide what's next."
  • "We can't agree about children, family or the future."

How the work goes

Who comes — Usually both partners together. Either of you can book the intro call. For family work, we agree who joins.

From different places — Online sessions can bring together partners in different cities or countries — each from their own screen.

Frequency — Usually weekly or every two weeks, 50 minutes per session.

How long — Some couples come for a few months around one crisis; others stay longer. We review together as we go.

What couples often notice

  • Conversations that used to escalate become possible.
  • Each of you feels more heard.
  • You understand what the conflict is really about.
  • You can make decisions together — including hard ones.

Couples therapy doesn't aim to keep a couple together at any cost. It helps you both see clearly and decide what's right for you.

Questions about couples therapy

My partner isn't sure about therapy. Can I start alone?

Yes. You can book the intro call on your own, and we can talk about how to invite your partner — or begin with individual sessions.

Will you take sides?

No. My role is to help both of you be heard and understood, not to decide who's right.

We're in different time zones. Does that work?

Yes. We'll find a regular time that suits you both; the calendar shows each of you the time in your own zone.
